Urafise umugenzi mudasangiye igitsina agutahura vy’ukuri. Ni umugenzi mushobora kuganira vyose, kandi nkako muyaga vyose. Wibwira uti: ‘Turi abagenzi gusa.’ Ariko uwo mwubakanye si ko yobibona hamwe yoramuka amenye ivyo mumara umwanya munini muriko muraganira.

Ubugenzi ufitaniye n’uwo muntu bushobora kuba bumaze kurenga urugero, ukaba rero ukeneye gutunganya ico kibazo. Ariko imbere ya vyose, nusuzume ivyoba vyaratumye ibintu bigera iyo hose.

IKIBITERA

Icipfuzo co kwumva ko uri n’agaciro. Tuvugishije ukuri, kwitwararikwa n’abo tudasangiye igitsina biraturyohera. Kumenya ko abandi baduha agaciro biratunezera bigatuma kandi twumva ko badushima. Umaze igihe kanaka wubatse, woshobora gutangura kuza urifatanya n’umugenzi mudasangiye igitsina kugira ngo wumve ko uri n’agaciro.   • Niwishingire ivyo ushobora gukora n’ivyo utokora mu bijanye n’imigenderanire ugirana n’abo mudasangiye igitsina. Nk’akarorero, ntivyoba bibereye ko ubwira umugenzi wawe ingorane ufise mu mubano canke ngo uje gusangira agacupa n’uwo mukorana mudasangiye igitsina.

  • Nimba ubugenzi ufitaniye n’uwo mudasangiye igitsina bumaze kurenga urugero, nubuhagarike. Nimba ubona ko kubuhagarika ari amananiza, niwibaze igituma.
